Meet Tim Horn
Tim Horn believes leadership development shouldn't be complicated.
It should be practical, engaging, and rooted in the everyday conversations that shape how leaders think, make decisions, and influence others.

For more than three decades, Tim has dedicated his career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations build stronger leadership capability. His experience spans military and corporate environments, where he has designed leadership development programs, advised senior leaders, built talent management strategies, coached executives, and helped organizations create cultures that support continuous learning and growth.
During his 30-year career in the United States Air Force, Tim served in leadership, education, and talent development roles, culminating in his assignment as Command Chief Master Sergeant for Air University. There, he helped shape leadership and professional development across the Air Force while advising senior leaders on education, talent, and leader development initiatives. Following his military service, he brought that experience to the corporate sector, leading enterprise leadership development and talent management initiatives that helped organizations strengthen leadership capability and develop future leaders.
What if the most powerful leadership development tool available to you was a conversation your team was already having?
Leadership development doesn't have to mean expensive programs, full-day workshops, or pulling people away from their work. It can happen in the time your team is already spending together, if those conversations are intentional, structured, and focused on what matters.
Leadership Book Club is a practical resource designed to help managers, mentors, leadership teams, and learning professionals develop leaders one discussion at a time.
